What to bring

Plan to bring your diabetes supplies, blood sugar log, and a list of your current medications.

Finding our office

If it’s your first visit to Ryan Ranch, give yourself extra time to find our office. Stop at the Imaging Center in Suite 100 to register if you’re attending your first diabetes or nutrition appointment or class. Take the outside elevator to the second floor, where you’ll find us in Suite 200.

Care designed with you in mind

Your visit may include:

• One-on-one diabetes education or medical care from an English- or Spanish-speaking provider in a private, comfortable office
• Education in a group setting with hands-on activities and demonstrations
• Connections with other community members during a support group for people with diabetes
